There is a moderate chance we might decline an order if the character is someone we cannot deliver well, this is important because every commission is influenced by our style strengths (read at do's & don'ts).

We strongly do not accept commissions with hardcore R-18 content and overly offensive themes.

Changing characters is allowed if we haven't started on your commission. Please ask first if we started or not!

Do not claim the artwork as yours. We retain certain rights and ownership of the work (such as credits and posting the said art in our personal portfolio/gallery). Publishing timing (especially for marketing purposes of commercial work), and be considered and discussed.

Do not use the artwork for commercial use unless discussed beforehand. Extra charges will apply for commercial projects.

Reposting your commissioned artwork is allowed as long as proper crediting is given (linking the artist's instagram/twitter account/s).

The commission will only be official after the payment has been made.

Full refunds are allowed if we take more than 3 months without progress OR if you have an emergency, otherwise we won't allow it. Partial refunds will be considered if started.

You will receive only a full resolution digital file of the commission. No physical item will be shipped to your home address. We will provide screenshots of WIPs. You are limited to 3 edits during sketching stage, and minor adjustments in the finishing stages (including hues, painting in missing details, text variations) but no major changes are allowed that will affect the overall composition of the piece.

If we find that our terms are violated, the one who committed the violation will be blacklisted, and won’t be transacted with in the future.

Be honest and responsible customers, only participate in any transaction only if you are able to pay of your own ability (have your own Paypal account/credit card and not use someone else's especially parents' if they're not aware and have not consented). Chargebacks against us due to irresponsible buying, will automatically result to a permanent blacklist.

If you are a minor, have a consenting adult fill the form and make the purchase. The payer will be held responsible if there are any chargebacks and refund against us.

You may inquire but do not harass us for commission slots if we are not open or available.
